Five components of instant flute laminating machine
Just-in-time coating laminating machine is a special equipment for coating adhesive on roll plastic film, drying it, and compounding it with printed matter by pressure compounding part. The instant veneer machine mainly consists of five parts: unwinding, gluing and coating, drying, compounding and winding:
(1) sizing and coating part
After unwinding, the film passes through the coating roller and enters the gluing part. Coating forms are: roller reverse type, concave type, direct gluing without scraper and direct gluing with scraper, etc.;
1) concave gluing: it is composed of a metal gluing roller with reticulated surface and a group of film partition rollers. The rubber coating roller is directly immersed in the glue solution, and the glue solution is taken out of the glue storage tank along with the rotation of the roller, and the excess glue solution on the roller surface is scraped off by a scraper. Under the action of the film pressing roller, the glue solution in the groove of the roller is driven by the film to be coated which moves directionally and evenly spread on the film surface.
2) Direct gluing with a scraper: the gluing roller is directly immersed in the glue solution, and continuously rotates to drive the glue solution from the glue tank. After the excess glue solution is removed by the scraper, it is contacted with the film surface to finish gluing.
3) Roller reverse gluing: the rubber supply roller brings out the glue solution from the glue storage tank, and the rubber scraping roller and the glue scraping plate can scrape the excess glue solution back to the glue storage tank. The film counter-pressure roller presses the film to be coated onto the surface of the rubber coating roller after leveling, and keeps a certain contact area. Under the action of pressure and adhesive force, the glue solution is continuously coated on the film surface.
4) Squeeze gluing without scraper roller: the glue spreading roller is directly immersed in the glue solution. When coating, the glue solution brought out by the glue spreading roller is leveled by the glue spreading roller, and then the glue spreading is completed by the extrusion force between the film pressing roller and the glue spreading roller.
(2) Composite parts
Mainly consists of chrome-plated hot-pressing roller, rubber pressure roller and pressure adjusting machinery, etc.
1) Hot-pressing roller: it is a hollow roller with an electric heating device inside, and the temperature of the roller is controlled by a sensor and a console. The surface state and thermal power density of hot-pressing roller have great influence on the veneer quality.
2) Rubber pressure roller: press the veneered product to the hot-pressing roller with a certain pressure, so that it can be cured and adhered firmly. Rubber pressure roller is under high temperature for a long time, and its surface should be flat and smooth, with small transverse deformation and good tear resistance and peeling property, so rubber with good tear resistance is often used.
3) Pressure adjusting mechanism: The pressure adjusting mechanism can adopt simple eccentric mechanism, screw rod, nut mechanism, etc. However, in order to simplify the transmission parts of the mechanism and improve the pressure control accuracy, hydraulic adjusting mechanism is mostly adopted at present.
(3) the unwinding part
The unwinding operation of plastic film requires the film to keep constant tension all the time. Tension is too high, which is easy to produce longitudinal wrinkles, and vice versa, which is not conducive to the coating of adhesive and compounding with printed matter. In order to maintain proper tension, the unwinding part is generally equipped with tension control devices, such as mechanical friction disc clutch, AC short motor, magnetic powder clutch and so on.
(4) Dry part
The adhesive coating on the surface of plastic film contains a large amount of solvent and has certain fluidity, so it must be dried before compounding. According to the solvent volatilization mechanism, the drying tunnel is designed into three zones:
1) Evaporation zone: turbulent wind should be formed on the membrane surface as much as possible in this zone, so as to facilitate solvent volatilization.
2) Curing zone: an automatic temperature control zone is set according to the properties of film and adhesive. Heating methods include infrared heating, direct radiation heating by electric heating tube, etc. The automatic balance temperature control is realized by the heat sensitive element installed in the curing zone.
3) Solvent removal area: In order to remove the solvent volatilized during adhesive drying in time and reduce the vapor pressure in the drying tunnel, this area is designed with air exhaust devices, usually fans or induced draft fans, etc.
(5) the winding part
The veneer machine mostly adopts automatic winding mechanism, and the winding shaft can automatically roll off the combined product harvest. In order to ensure the consistent winding tightness, the winding shaft and the compound linear velocity must be synchronized, and the tension should be kept constant during winding. With the increase of winding diameter, its linear velocity must keep pace with the compound linear velocity. Generally, the machine uses friction damping to change the angular velocity of winding shaft to meet the above requirements. In order to improve efficiency, some veneer machines are also equipped with quick unwinding and finished product slitting devices in the winding part.
